I went to NSF pre October Bank Holiday weekend for an offer of pre Xmas delivery. The sofa arrived on time alright but the wrong colour :( I didn't expect a replacement before Christmas and we agreed I could keep the other couch once I paid in full with the correct couch due end of January. Zero communication from them and it arrived 7th May! I had to ring every 2 weeks for an update, thr poor woman in the office was hounded! I probably would of been ok with a 2-3 month lead time instead of broken promises of that will be 2 weeks every time I called. On delivery, the driver was on his own so I had to arrange for someone to be here but that was only communicated to me as he was en route! They also supplied no feet/legs on the new couch and as the driver was en route, he called to ask could we remove them from the existing oneas he had no drill! They took over an hour to come out as we'd to use a screw driver as the screws were too deep and the driver could of been in & out in 10 minutes instead of swapping the feet around! The couch is lovely but not worth the heartache! We tried to do the right thing of buying Irish but I'd stick with the bigger companies where you'll have a warranty and proper customer service.
