As I reviewed this company last April it is only fair that I update my comments. Firstly I should say I have used this company several times in the past and always found them very professional and my problem dealt with in a timely manner. When I wrote the comment in April I was feeling frustrated as I was not getting any feedback from the company. I now know that they were trying to source the hinges without success. To give them their due when they were satisfied that the hinges were not going to be fitted they arrived at the house with a cheque for the outstanding amount. I consider this as just a glitch in our business relationship and I will be using Wimsey Glass again in the future
