Very bad experience in Portlaoise store on Monday when I tried to return a school tracksuit top which was faulty.Assistant definitely has no idea of the law and manager,”too busy’ to talk to me and ignored a follow up email I sent.They have lost a customer of many years and don’t seem to realise that there are other sports shops in town.The experience was very far removed from the family business that I was familiar with for many years.
