Very bad experience in Portlaoise store on Monday when I tried to return a school tracksuit top which was faulty.Assistant definitely has no idea of the law and manager,”too busy’ to talk to me and ignored a follow up email I sent.They have lost a customer of many years and don’t seem to realise that there are other sports shops in town.The experience was very far removed from the family business that I was familiar with for many years.

Between the " owner" snapping loudly at the young employee for taking in the sale rail too early and the other cashier being snappy at me when I asked why I had to tap my card twice in the same shop...." once for sale items and once for vouchers" ....I am the customer and unfortunately I only asked why I would have to tap twice......bad day at the office but unfortunately you need to keep game face on.....not a good experience!! Sale items not purchased as a result and no thank you after I unfortunately purchased the vouchers!!
