I had a massage here recently and from start to finish I felt the entire service was unprofessional and amateur at best. There was poor communication by the therapist over the phone when booking, and no communication on arrival, during or after the massage. The door was locked behind me at the beginning of the massage which left me feeling very uncomfortable. The massage was awful in that there was little if any physical effort put into the massage itself, I felt the (male) therapist administering the massage was at times inappropriate, in the way he was touching me (a female). I have had a number of massages before by both male and female therapists and at no stage did they make me feel as uncomfortable as this particular man made me feel at times. I am not one to dish out bad reviews lightly but I felt that this particular service warrants such. I must state also that my review here is about the massage and masseuse and not the beauty salon or beauticians working here.
