Awful from the starcct the washer nails was digging into my scalp then she asked do u won't conditioner ,yea off course that comes after ure shampoo,I was getting a bit worried a this stage then the conditioner went on all 5 second off it then rinsed off ,omg then the cut awfull and £50 Never go back
