I rarely write a negative review but felt I had no choice but to warn other potential customers so they don't share my experience. I booked my car, a 2008 Mazda 626 in for a service at this garage. I asked in advance how much it would cost and they told me approx €130.00. They called me that morning and said that they had broken the oil filter housing when removing it as it was seized. They said that my car could not be returned until a replacement part was sent from the UK. I was without a care for 1 week. When I collected my car I was presented with a bill for €452.00. This included the cost of replacing the part they broke plus €122.00 for labour costs. They made no offer to even pay towards the costs of the part they broke and I had asked them to advise me if the cost would be higher that they quoted. As I needed my car I had no choice but to pay them but would not use them again. Be careful of using this garage.
