I am Sarah Kelly Ards Creeslough Letterkenny Donegal I went for a ultra sound scan for a bladder and kidneys concern at Affidea Scally Place in Letterkenny Donegal on 4th February 2022. At 12.10pm and during the procedure the woman carrying it out pressed so hard that it was very uncomfortable and it opened a wound in my scar which has not healed and I’ve had to have it dressed numerous times by the nurse in Creeslough At my doctors surgery I have had 3 dressings on the hole in my scar and it still has not healed the original scar is there 60 years and never ever gave me a days problem but since the rough treatment I received at your clinic I’ve been in pain I am not happy about this situation and I want an explanation as to why this happened ASAP Sally Kelly Sent from my iPhone
