Be careful of unregistered builder Builders who have said to me they were dyslexic an email or signed document should still be sent. if this person says don't send emails please do. Someone else can always read it to him/them. State  type of work you want within that email.  I suggest people go via a registered Architect. I asked for the best soundproofing and symmetrical replacement windows-I did not get this. There are also a number of ugly ridges internally which need remvoing. This man is extremely charming but does not want to listen to his client. My life savings were used to try to sort the house yet. Since then also there is Alot of mould/moss on the new mould-free cills. The final payment was made June 23 despite the work being done in 2022. I could not go to court unfortunately mainly because I couldn't afford it and didn't have the support. If/when the work is corrected by this unregistered builder I will happily update the review
