I had a very unsatisfactory experience with  classic windows kilumney, I bought windows for my elderly parents home while they were in hospital after falling. I bought nine windows from them. I asked for secure lockable windows for my parents.Contract said just 1 yr guarantee . The windows were used very little for the first year following installation, they were opened a few times a week by me as the house was vacant due to my parents absence. I was required to live in the house as it was vacant and within six months the window handels begin to jam and became unable to open them. The company were unhelpful when contacted and tried to charge me a further 80euro call out fee on top of the price of the nearly new just bought windows. Their service staff have to make six visits to our home to free/open jammed handels. We now have several unlockable windows  as some of the second fitted handels now have issues  also and others were forced open by the different staff who called out and now are left unlockable and not replaced.My last interaction with classic windows killumney was very unpleasant where a manager came on the phone and was extremely rude and unhelpful and was refusing to accept responsibility for these inferior windows. I cannot reccomend this company because i am now left with unlockable locks on nearly all of these windows.
