Disgraceful manner from the new pharmacist she is so blunt & lacks any empathy . I have never came across anyone as rude in my life . She is impossible to speak to as she cuts over anything you are trying to say. She can not get an order correct & then thinks she has the right to speak to costumes as she does ? She left an insulin dependent child lacking tubing & medication for a 3 week stay abroad. The cert was left in on the 4th January still on the 26th she had not managed to get the correct items ready then has the cheek to speak to me like it was my own fault . She is lacking general communication skills. Her manner is disgraceful.
