I have been going to Thirupal for few weeks now trying to deal with an old shoulder and neck injury that I never properly dealt with. Between many dry needling sessions, soft tissue massages and advice and demonstrations of exercises, this 4-year-old injury is starting to show real progress. Thirupal is wonderful to work with and keeps in touch with you outside of your appointment, sending on exercise demonstrations, etc. Can't recommend him highly enough!
