My limited experience with this company has left me outraged. I called on a Sunday to request a quote to replace three windows. I was asked to measure my windows and I called back with these measurements. I was told they would return my call. A week and a day later I had still yet to receive a call so I called the company again. This time they did return my call, from a mobile owned by John Rahill. I was asked again for the measurements and when I said I wasn't home was asked for the address to Mr Rahill could check on google maps. I was told I would be called back. No call was received. Two days later I called the office again and was told my phone number must be wrong despite the fact that I had received a phonecall two evenings previous. I then called the mobile number stored in my list and spoke to Mr Rahill who finally gave me a qoute for my windows. However he stated that he needed exact measurements. When I informed him I had given exact measurements and had called the office three times and him once, I was told that I was not the type of customer they look for. I asked why and I was told I was too cranky. I could have understood this attitude 5 years ago but Mr Rahill seems to have missed the fact that I called him 4 times for a quote before I got one and that I may have been understandably slightly annoyed when I was requested to remeasure my windows and call him again.
