Bought three goldfish from this shop almost three weeks ago. One of those fish had a louse on it. I removed it and I thought that it should be fine. Two weeks later another one appeared on the same fish. went into the shop and told them about it. They gave me parasite medicine for the fish. Three days late the louse is still on my fish and it really doesn't look good. They are saying that they don't have medicine against mites, tiks and lice in their shop and their tank seems fine. I'm sorry, am I making things up??? The shop didn't treat their tank, didn't order the proper medicine in... I am concerned about health and safety of this shop. Very bad attitude.
