What in the name of God is wrong with Currys. Calling last 2 days to make purchase and enquire about delivery if its avail in my region and all I get is same lady in CAOETOWN SOUTH AFRICA that just hangs up cause she can't understand me. Wtaf. This is listed as a Galway number. Your all a sham.

Absolutely awful. The staff do not know what they are doing. Ask a question and they actually make an answer up as they go along. I bought 4 products 3 weeks ago and they delivered one of the items a washing machine in the wrong size and colour. 2 days later an item broke down and I had to go to the Galway store to get it replaced. They delivered the right size cooker and it was missing a converter kit. I ended up asking for my money back for the cooker and ended up going to another store to buy one. They delivered a replacement washing machine today and I sent my son in to the branch to pick up my money. They gave him €100 less and said that the replacement washing machine was more expensive than the one i originally ordered. I will not let them get away with it. I called the customer service and a lady from South Africa answered. I have to go into the Galway store again to try and sort it out. I have spent over 10 hours in the store so far, trying to get things sorted. It's absolutely disgraceful. I dread going gin there again. It nothing short of a nightmare. Staff going around asking each other questions and customers coming in with broken or faulty items and they act as if its normal. It seems to be normal for them. The acting manager is hopeless. They have to contact Dublin in order to get items replaced and have no contact with the couries . I will never buy anything there again. A nightmare...
