10 month delay in transferring funds of the late relative. No reasonable explanation. Excuses and lying, promises to give call back. Huge charge for no work.

Called this company 3 weeks ago and asked to speak to a solicitor , I have a property I wish to sell ,so it’s new business I was told they were busy with consultations , and they would csll me back , I also emailed them , Still no call back or email reply after 3 weeks Avoid ,
