I went into KFC Carlow today, 3.11.23 to get some lunch. Ordering now is done by computer and at the counter. For someone who doesnt like or know how to use these computers it is a real pain. I took my place in the line of people wanting to order from a human being. There were 3 other people and myself completely ignored by the staff. 1 lady asked if we could order but again we were ignored. After 10 minutes waiting 1 man left, still nothing from the staff, after another few minutes I also left. This is absolutely disgraceful behaviour. Why are people ignored just because we want to order from a human being. KFC Carlow, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
