I had a zip for my leather jacket replaced with Express….. The new zip was of extremely poor quality and was not tailored well; when I told them that I was not satisfied with the service (especially because 30 Euro was quite expensive) the owner got quite rude and did not want to reimburse the money or redo the service. I was never given a receipt also; I would never go there again and discourage everybody who wants to have a proper tailor service done to go there! Make sure to ask for receipt and NEVER pay in advance and most importantly always check the work first before paying!
