I recently visited O Three in Liffey Valley when my phone was stolen . The staff were very helpful but did not have access to Sim Cards . I found this very frustrating and rang O Three Support line. The staff were very helpful there but each time they sent out a SIM card it was the wrong one. I then returned to OThree on Fri 26 Jan and Stephen who works there put a SIM card in my phone . The SIM cards had arrived that morning Stephen was very pleasant and extremely helpful . Overall it was not a pleasant experience haviing had my phone stolen and lack of SIM cards and then getting the wrong ones. However dealing with Stephen was a really good experience and he helped me set up my phone .
