This review is for Eir Mallow specifically, and specifically for Corey and Molly. I bought a new phone in Cork Patrick Street branch and was told by Brian the sales person in the Eir branch nearest Grand Parade to take the phone to a Fone Me shop who would copy the data across the phones free of charge. Having walked 5 minutes in the cold, I was told that there would be a 30 euro charge. I took the phone back to Brian and he said they didn't copy data across anymore and it would be easy to do it myself. It wasn't! After hours spent trying, I took the phones to Corey and Molly in the Mallow branch who were kindness itself. Corey is extremely knowledgeable and a great asset to Eir. Both are wonderful with people and deliver excellent customer service as it used to be. It's very rare for me to have a good word to say about Eir but this is a really delightful exception.
