Review about THE ABSOLUTE PROPERTY GROUP, Cork

The most disorganized, unhelpful and unfair property management company that I have ever dealt with.
I've been paying 120euro per month for parking for over 2 years.
One day, my remote for the car park gate stops working.
Having alreadt replaced it's batteries to no avail, I then call Absolute Property and ask if they can replace it.
I was advised that it would be ordered immediately and is due to arrive in about 3 days.
5 days later I call to ask if it has arrived and after my call being transferred 3 times, I am told that it doesn't appear to be ordered and the person who I called 5 days beforehand is on holiday.
I was assured at that time that it will be ordered immediately.
I was told that i will be contacted as soon as it arrives. I never receive a call.
I wait another 5 days and call back Absolute Property again.
Now I speak to someone else again and i'm told the person I need to speak to is on another call.
I confirm my phone number with the person I've spoken with and I'm assured that I will get a call from them as soon as they finish their current call. This was 10:30am.
I wait until 12:30 and receive no call, so I call back again and this time, the person who apparently ordered the remote control is available.
They advised me that it should be delivered the next day.
So the next day I rush home from work before their office closes.
I am then greeted with the surprise news that I need to pay 55EURO for the long awaited remote control.
That's 55EURO extra on top of the 2 weeks that I was paying them for a car park that I was locked out of and on top of the 2 weeks or parkimg expenses I incurred to park outside of the car park that I had paid for!! I discussed this with a manager today and I was advised that nothing can be done and there was zero acknowledgement for my 2 weeks of imconvenience and expenses incurred.
