I searched an item I wanted to purchase and located the closest store that had it stock. I drove to the store only to be told it was online only by one member of staff and then told that the stock availability was incorrect by another who was either the owner or manager. This was such a bad experience from a customer service point of view. There was no apology from the manager as someone else was to blame I guess. There was no offer of placing an order online for me to collect in store at another time or any such advice. Dissatisfied almost customer.
