I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to have their bins collected in the Greystones area. We have to ring them every few weeks to let them know we have not had our bins collected. This happened again yesterday - which i found out was because our account has been put on hold. We were not aware the agreement was to be renewed at the end of January so instead of contacting us like any respectable company would do they just refused to take our bins. I rang them yesterday to query this and they did not advise me the account was on stop, it was only when i rang them again today that they deciding to let us know. After making a payment to them they are still refusing to take our main bin for another two weeks (the bin is completely full). I rang to cancel the agreement and demand a refund to which i was advised there was no point because i needed to give a months’ notice, when i rang back again to let them know i was definitely cancelling i was told by another staff member that there was only one week’s cancelation notice but when i mentioned a refund again it changed to a month. This company have no customer service skills and i would advise people to stay clear .
