Hello, I booked a taxi with a female operator, the call took place at 15:08 she said it would be an hour, she also said the company only really do city based taxis which is a lie, as I have gotten taxis many times from Passage West to different locations, I received received confirmation text the taxi was booked, when I called just before 4pm to confirm a male operator said he didn't have a taxi booked for me and I didn't call on that phone line, I explained the situation, he was rude and unhelpful, he cut the call, I called again and he passed me onto another line that rang out, I called again and he answered and hung up, he gas lighted me on the call and would not give me his name, is this company policy? I was left outside Aldi with a trolly full of shopping...and i had to ask a random stranger in the car park for a lift home with a trolly load of shopping. I left a message on Facebook and it was ignored. This is the second time this company has done this to me. I booked a taxi to go to a funeral and let them know this...they did the same thing, so I don't know if this is their company policy or is it something personal.
