Anyone failing a hearing screening will be referred back to ther GP or to a ENT consultant. However at diagnostic audiology services we might recommend a more comprehensive audiologic (hearing) evaluation. The follow-up evaluation should be conducted as soon as possible after the failed hearing screening and no more than 3 months later. After working as the chief diagnostic audiologist in the Eye & Ear Hospital Dublin, Judith M Nugent opened Diagnostic Audiology Services (Ireland) Ltd. in 1985 in the Charlemont Clinic Dublin 2. In March 2014, after 29 successful years in Charlemont clinic, Judy along with her daughter Charyl opened a clinic dedicated to the late Charles Nugent.
