I am a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist based in Cork, offering in-person appointments at my clinic in Midleton or online appointments via Zoom/Skype. I work with clients using a combination of hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques and mindfulness to help them overcome anxiety, increase self-confidence, kick bad habits or conquer fears. I have a BSc in Psychology and a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy. As a registered member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR), I am bound by their comprehensive Code of Ethics. Cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy is a relatively brief therapy, often requiring only 3-6 sessions or just one session for habit reversal/stop smoking hypnosis.

From my experience with my clients and the success hypnotherapy has achieved for them, I can honestly say it is one of the best, safest, most natural and successful therapies available to us today. There are 2 Types of Therapy 1. Suggestion Therapy This is used for the common problems of, smoking, weight loss, nail biting, self confidence, relaxation, exam nerves etc. It require 1-3 sessions. A personal Cd for self hypnosis and reinforcement is included free. 2. Analytical Therapy This is used for much deeper issues of an emotional nature. Through hypnoanalysis together we can get to the root cause of the problem and remove the symptoms. Hypnoanalysis consists of between 8-12 sessions.
