I have been working for over 4 years now with mind therapy and Hypnotherapy is what ties it all together. I am fully qualified and trained under the ICHP School of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and taught by DR Joe Keaney a renowned and respected Therapist internationally.

From my experience with my clients and the success hypnotherapy has achieved for them, I can honestly say it is one of the best, safest, most natural and successful therapies available to us today.
There are 2 Types of Therapy

Suggestion Therapy
This is used for the common problems of, smoking, weight loss, nail biting, self confidence, relaxation, exam nerves etc. It require 1-3 sessions. A personal Cd for self hypnosis and reinforcement is included free.
Analytical Therapy
This is used for much deeper issues of an emotional nature. Through hypnoanalysis together we can get to the root cause of the problem and remove the symptoms. Hypnoanalysis consists of between 8-12 sessions.
