Each session is tailored to you, as each individual has their own issue that is unique to them and can have varying symptoms.

That is why I like to offer a free introductory consultation, where we can discuss your issue in detail, and I can get a full account of how it affects you, and then discuss with you, what plan of therapy will be best suited to resolve your particular issue.

I work with my clients on many issues, including, Smoking Cessation, Weight Loss, Depression, Fears and Phobias, Addictions and Compulsions, Anxiety, Sexual Problems, Abuse, Relationships, Work Performance, Public Speaking, etc.

I also work with a lot of children and teenagers, helping them with issues such as bed wetting, confidence, bullying, abuse, etc.

I have always tailored my fees, so that every client, will be able to receive therapy for their issue, thus I offer reduced price sessions for O.A.P.s, Students, and the Unwaged.

I offer lunch time, evening and Saturday appointments, and am happy to travel to your home if you are unable to attend my clinic for what ever reason.

Every therapy includes a free personalised CD. that will further help you to resolve your issue during each session, and after therapy is completed.
