Hello. Why not to put your name to the review? I smell a rat here. Toothpaste is very easy to clean, just flushing with water so its not possible I have left it :) 7 hours drying time is a normal thing mostly on woolen carpets. Theres no guarantee on stain removal, if I didnt remove it that means it can not be removed. And dont remember any carpet done recently that me or customer wasnt happy with the job. Best of luck.

One more thing. Have checked my planner and if are a real customer you must be the person from Blarney/Tower las saturday. If yes, please understand that Carpet cleaners are not magicians and hair dyes, fake tan stains can not be removed from most of woolen carpets, and yellowish stains were damage done to the wool fibre by using harsh spotters to remove the stain by yourself or previouse tenant, and stain by the balcony door is a damage done by the constant wet draugh from outside due to the wrong door construction that shouldnt be there, typical exterior entrance door with air inlet under. If you get these stains removed by other carpet cleaner, call me and I will refund you your money, but its not gonna happen as noone will remove permanent damage.
