Very bad service. They are bunch of crooks. Don't go to Obrien Motors. the guy told me a cost of 105 EURO+VAT for just changing spark plugs. Very poor service.

It is a really bad garage. Very bad customer service. I phoned to enquire about the cost of brake pads. They wanted to have a look at my car first and did not tell me any cost involved. They said, the brakes are ok and tried to charge me €70 for just to have a look. I was not happy to pay as they tricked me and they did not mention it before hand. They refused to give me my keys back. I had to call the cops to get it sorted. I will never go there again. I do not trust them at all.

We are very surprised at the above comments regarding our service which we totally reject. We called to O'Brien St. Waterford City got his car started and took it to our premises. On examining as to why the car was not starting freely we discovered that incorrect plugs were fitted to the car as they should have been long life platinum plugs. We informed him of the cost of replacing the plugs but he refused to replace them. We charged him for two people collecting his car and our examination of same to ascertain that the wrong plugs were fitted and our bill came to €70 plus VAT. He removed the car from our premises without any complaint. We would like to discuss the matter further with him should he decide to do so.
