Enterprise BLACKPOOL

One of Ireland's largest cities, Cork has plenty of appeal. Its position as a seaport supports a cosmopolitan atmosphere and plenty of restaurants serving cuisine from all over the world. The River Lee, which flows in two channels side by side, is crossed by a number of bridges, some of which are worth a visit in themselves. The countryside around Cork is also worth seeing; something that's simple to do in comfort and style from your Enterprise Rent-A-Car hire car. When you get back, take a walking tour around the city centre to see St Finn Barre's Cathedral with its French-Gothic architecture and the beautiful stained-glass windows at University College. From Cork's many hills, you can get wonderful views across the city and harbour, while Bishop Lucey Park in the Grand Parade is entered through a fine set of gates. For culture, take a trip to the Crawford Gallery, which houses many paintings and several bronzes by Rodin.
