Time will be spent with you to review the evaluation and the action plan needed to progress your child’s full potential. Our Speech and Language Therapy Service will be provided in a fun and inviting way, so to engage your child.

Cork Speech Therapy covers the greater Cork area, within a ten-mile radius of Cork city. Cork Speech Therapy also operates outside Cork City on selected days.

The fees for Cork Speech Therapy will be privately agreed with you in advance at a cost we believe you will consider fair and reasonable. All fees for Cork Speech Therapy are receipted. Receipts should be retained to support a Revenue MED1 claim which may reduce the cost of fees by 20% for taxpayers.

After consultation with the speech therapist, you will know what therapy is recommended and what the specific goals and targets of the therapy are.

Cork Speech Therapy uses informal and/or formal assessment techniques with your child. Formal assessment techniques will yield specific results, while the informal assessment will allow the therapist to see the child’s communication skills in everyday situations.
