In Bluebird Care we devote considerable resources to recruiting and training our Care Providers.#We have robust recruitment processes; all our employees go through an interview process, they possess relevant qualifications, are Garda vetted and undergo induction training which is supplemented by on-going training and supervision.#Our Care Providers are introduced to the person being cared for before the care commences. In addition we endeavour to ensure continuity of care i.e. that the same person or people provide the care and support all the time.#Tax relief may be available subject to conditions.
