We do this by ensuring we provide the care and support people need to lead their own life, in the way they want. As an organisation we are also very flexible and to this end make every attempt possible to fit in with the demands of our clients rather than the other way round. This means our staff will visit when it suits the client. Another vow is that an individual's care plan will be compiled in full consultation with him or her - the person who is ultimately receiving the care - and which in our mind makes perfect sense. In other words it is the individual who is in control of their care plan and not us - here at Bluebird Care we simply administer it in the most professional way we can.#What type of care is available?#There are many types of care on offer from the team here at Bluebird Care. Some of it is intensive help and support which could involve a member of our team staying with a client 24 hours a day. At the opposite extreme, we have found that sometimes all the client requires is companionship and a 40 minute chat over a cuppa.
