This program is focused on transitioning to an unprocessed plant-based diet to reduce inflammation, balance hormones and bring your health to another level. Based on the latest research, it's run for small groups of people and each week is dedicated to different topics. Topics discussed are: dairy and how to get enough Calcium on a plant-based diet, animal versus plant protein, inflammation drivers, anti-inflammatory foods and how to combat cravings.
