Yoga Sacred Space has been a School of yoga teacher training school for 16 years. I was one of the first three schools of Yoga Teacher Training in Ireland. I have trained several hundreds of students who have become established yoga teachers /studio owners/specializing in pregnancy yoga /yoga for trauma/anatomy and physiology teachers to name a few. We made history with a student from my course and became certified at the young age of 80 years young! My programs have accommodated a diverse range of students, ages and levels successfully. This training programme is a broad and in depth training for any enthusiastic Yoga student .I cover all the traditional and spiritual aspects steeped in the ancient wisdom of yogic philosophy and wellness, self care. The course is very approachable and digestible.The benefits are life changing and the skills one learns are tools for life. I have led many trainings/workshops/classes in my studio over the years and have been hosted internationally by studio’s across the globe. There are so many benefits and tools to learning online that were not available in person.The downloadable workbooks beautifully designed, audio clips to replay and tpo keep, video tutorials one can repeat until mastered at the comfort of their own time frame and space. . Presently, I have a hybrid course, which is a blend of ‘in person’ and online ‘technology’, it is a 200 Yoga Teacher Training that is being hosted by a Dublin studio and is very successful. Yoga sacred space has become such a supportive community for students/teacher’s and nurtures close relationships as their mentor even after they have passed through my programme.
