Counselling & Psychotherapy for individuals in quiet comfortable rooms in Naas town centre. Online appointments (via Skype) and evening appointments (via Skype) available.
I am a counsellor and psychotherapist working with individuals in Naas, Co. Kildare. I have recently returned to Ireland after many years in England where I completed my post graduate training in counselling and psychotherapy and worked in private practice and in the voluntary sector. I am a member of and accredited with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and also the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Counselling and psychotherapy can be helpful for a wide range of issues and difficulties (for eg. anxiety, trauma, low self confidence, low self esteem, anger, bereavement) and the process involved is short or long term depending on what you feel you need. My aim is to provide a safe and confidential environment in which to explore whatever it is you bring. The location from which I work in Naas is quiet and discreet. Confidentiality is an essential part of my work and this is assured for every client.
