I qualified with multiple ITEC (International Therapy Examination Council) Diplomas in 1994 including Gym Instruction, Anatomy & physiology, New Body Instruction and Body Massage. ITEC is an International organisation that is recognised around the globe. I began my fitness career in Galway which is where I set up my own complementary therapy business and tutored on ITEC Gym Instruction and Anatomy & Physiology Courses.
