My name is Helen Airlie and I have over 20 years experience in the leisure and complementary therapy industries. I qualified with multiple ITEC (International Therapy Examination Council) Diplomas in 1994 including Gym Instruction, Anatomy & physiology, New Body Instruction and Body Massage. ITEC is an International organisation that is recognised around the globe. I began my fitness career in Galway which is where I set up my own complementary therapy business and tutored on ITEC Gym Instruction and Anatomy & Physiology Courses. I am now based in Longford, Ireland I later qualified in Reflexology, Teacher Training, Advanced Gym Instruction, Maternity/Post-partum & Infant Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hot & Cold Stone Massage and Reiki. I am also qualified as a Beauty Therapist by CIBTAC (Confederation of International Therapy & Cosmetology) and have taught Body Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology and Anatomy & Physiology.
