Hi, I’m Dylan, The Knight For Hire. I am a qualified tour guide doing walking tours of Kilkenny dressed in armour. You’ll often find me around the Parade and Canal square. The main goal of my tours is to have fun and maybe learn some history on the way. While I failed history in school, I came to love it later in life after training to fight in armour and taking part in competitions as part of medieval armoured combat Ireland, so I have a unique perspective on history to share.
