As an integrative therapist I offer a safe place to talk about difficult things . I specialise in Trauma but also work extensively with Depression, Anxiety, Addictions, Sexual Abuse, Cohesive Control, Self Esteem Issues, Relationship problems, Anger Management, Domestic Violence, Suicidal Ideation and Grief. Some times it's about reaching out when you're feeling isolated or unsure.
