Blacklion Pet Hospital is not alone the oldest vet practice in Greystones but is also one of the longest established veterinary practices in Ireland catering exclusively for companion animals. Originally founded by Noel Kelly and John Wilson in 1982 it rapidly became renowned across the country as the foremost practice of its kind with clients travelling from far and wide to avail of a standard of care almost unknown to that date. On Noel's retirement in 2003 the reins were handed over to our senior veterinary surgeon Dr Alan Rossiter. Alan refurbished the practice at that time and fully re-equipped with the most modern of anaesthetic, surgical, dental, laboratory and diagnostic imaging equipment available.
