I would give Western Shower service 10 star review if I could . Had an issue with a shower pump that stopped working after seven weeks of use - the original seller just said there was'nt anything they could do etc and just fobbed me off. Was advised to contact Western Showers by the actual makers of the pump and can easy say top of the range customer service from the moment I rang and explained the issue they went above an beyond to help me out and get a replacement pump ordered and fitted in a very short space of time. So a big thank you to the team at Western Showers and well deserving of the 5star rating a two thumps up for excellent customer service and care . Would 100% recommend them for any shower or pump issues . Many thanks again.
