I purchased a gift card on the internet to have a full valet at their premises in Woodquay Galway. I received a no-reply email as a receipt and a gift voucher showing my name, car make and voucher number.
I tried to use it but I could not find the gift number so they would not honour it.
Soon later I found it and went back and they agreed to honour it and told me to bring in the car any time.
I went back to have my car valeted and they would not accept the voucher as it had a different owner.
My advice is NOT to buy a voucher as they will not honour it and its pointless phoning or messaging head office as they will not answer them
