ISANDS is a voluntary organisation, founded in 1983 by a group of bereaved parents whose babies died before or at child birth and whose aim is to provide information, services and support based on other bereaved parents’ and families’ experiences. The general running costs for all charities has increased enormously. The charity is run by volunteers but they need funds to continue the services they provide and develop new ways to provide information and offer support.)
To raise much needed funds a ‘celebrity’ cookbook was launched on Tuesday 7th October 2008 and will make a great Christmas present for the Foodie in your life.
Siobhan was delighted to be asked to contribute a recipe to the book and hopes that her interpretation of Soda Bread will be as easy to follow as was her intention!
