Amazon is probably the company who invented a new way of how retail is doing.I have all admiration for what Jeff Bezos has done.One of Amazon secret success is according with Bezos:" We are focussing on customers rather than competition.

Can we infer from here that Amazon is a consumer centric company? The answer is yes.Amazon has created a platform where people easily can buy products ,but also a place where people can make money selling their own products.

 

To be a customer centric organization it's one of the secret to become a successful comapny,but to be customer centric is not easy.Many organizations claim they are customer centric in their value,but in reality are few.

Customer centric means to make some sacrifices like:reducing profit margins and increase  expenses  which possible can a affect your organization.Profit margin reduction will not see with good eyes by the shareholders which always want high profit margin.Statistically speaking customer centri organizations tend to be more profitable than the companies which are not follow this pat.

Building a stategy that is cusomer centric in oreder to fit with the business value ,will create serious problems.

In conclusion your overall business strategy should include customer centricity approach like value.
