Stillgarden Distillery is a new Independent distillery at the heart of the community in Inchicore, Dublin 8. Everything they do is with purpose, allowing science, nature and a sense of curiosity to inspire great tasting spirits and unique experiences. An area of derelict wasteland has been cleared of litter and planted with seasonal botanicals to be used in their products. Being a curious bunch, Stillgarden also use cold vacuum distillation to capture the fresh flavours of their socially sourced botanicals to create unique and experimental spirits.
