By bringing my own personal experience and my professional knowledge together to provide you with a unique therapy, to kindly allow you to live a life of your choosing. bout Grainne: I was born and grew up in County Antrim at the height of "The Troubles" My career in nursing ended due to a variety of personal reasons, after twenty years of working in this field. Due to personal reasons included a fear of feelings, worrying and "Imposter Syndrome". I learnt through my life and through individual counselling how to change these habits. I have nearly thirty years of experience working as a nurse, social care worker, the last five have been working as a counsellor and psychotherapist. This gives me a unique insight in supporting you to gently accept you.
