This review reflects only my personal experience and opinions during my time as an employee I worked for this organisation as a financial accountant, and my experience was extremely negative. In my opinion, the vulnerable people this charity is supposed to support were not treated as fairly or with the respect they deserved. Instead, I felt that the culture at senior management level prioritised their own comfort over the mission of the organisation. During my time here, senior management were very well paid and, from my perspective, transparency around pay and benefits was poor. This created serious concerns for me about accountability and leadership focus. As an employee, I often felt unsupported and disheartened by the disconnect between the charity’s stated purpose and how it operated day to day. While the staff on the ground worked hard, the leadership culture did not reflect the values I expected from a genuine charity. In my view, this is not a positive or trustworthy environment for vulnerable participants or for employees. My overall impression is that this organisation does not live up to the standards one would reasonably expect from a charity. ⭐ Negative review: I would not recommend working here or engaging with this organisation
