Biography : Mary Moore set up the Podiatry clinic in 2000. Over the past ten years the practice has grown in size and demand, associates Siobhan Clifford and Helen Brophy joined the practice working alongside Mary All our Podiatrists are degree qualified and HSE approved, hold membership with the society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists UK and Ireland. Mary has over 10 years experience in all aspects of footcare, working previously as a Diabetic Podiatrist at St James Hospital, Dublin, screening, educating and treating Diabetics on the importance of good footcare. This experience underpinned her interest in Biomechanics as she recognized that regardless of the underlying medical condition good foot posture is essential to prevent mechanical pain, injury or ulceration due to adverse foot pressure and friction. Her Masters level training and expertise in lower limb biomechanics and musculoskeletal injuries provides the standard of Podiatric management at her clinic. Her philosophy to clinical practice and multidisciplinary management of patients was fostered while working alongside the Physiotherapists at Dublin Physiotherapy clinic. Currently Mary receives ongoing referrals from Consultant Orthopaedic surgeons, Rheumatologists, Chartered physiotherapists, Osteopaths and GPs. Mary believes in keeping up to date with all aspects of Podiatry from Wound care to the management of Sports Injury Management . Continual professional development is achieved by regular attendance at conferences and completion of postgraduate courses both Nationally and at international level. Her Master's Thesis investigated the changes in walking patterns that occur when different types of orthotic heel lifts are inserted into shoes and to see if orthotic materials influence the timing and rate of walking patterns.

Local B2B Reviews

Nelvin Max , 11 February 2026
After months of struggling with back pain, I felt exhausted and unmotivated to visit clinics regularly. That’s when I chose 365 Physiotherapy, and it became the best decision for my recovery. Having therapy sessions at home made me feel comfortable, safe, and stress-free. The therapist was extremely kind, patient, and truly listened to my concerns. Each session was carefully planned and adjusted as my strength improved. They encouraged me at every step and celebrated even small progress. Week by week, my pain reduced and my confidence returned. Today, I move freely and live pain-free again. 365 Physiotherapy doesn’t just treat pain—they restore hope and quality of life.
